Mr. Moidunni CP, Managing Director of Gazal Group of Companies is heading the Jewellery business. His vast experience in the retail industry in Middle East and in Jewellery business helped Gazal group to achieve tremendous reputation and recognition across our locality. Under his leadership, we have made our mark in many cities across Palakkad, Malappuram and Thrissur Districts. Along with the Business value and composition, he always wanted GAZAL as a socially responsible organization in every possible way.
With over four decades of vast experience in GCC’s dynamic business landscape, Moidunni is a visionary leader with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical sector. Over the years, he has successfully managed two thriving divisions—wholesale and retail pharmacies—while establishing strong business network across the globe.
Moidunni’s international business expertise spans countries such as the USA, Canada, Poland, Korea, Taiwan, China, India, and beyond. His frequent visits to European, African, and Asian nations underscore his dedication to staying at the forefront of global market trends and fostering new opportunities.

Three decades of overseas experience in offshore Petroleum industry, having involvement in various departments mainly Production, Logistics and Management Support in middle management positions. He is holding Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad on 1975.
He has over 16 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning in Gold industry with Gazal Gold, fully involved in setting up and managing Gazal Gold outlets. Under his leadership, the company has grown profoundly, both externally, in the economic market, and internally, with an innovative and motivated company culture.
He oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality. Also Manages and allocates resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget and Implements process improvements and optimizes operational workflows.
He has extensive experience in foreseeing market trends & in business development, making him a vital pillar of Gazal Gold Family.
COO - Operations Director
--- Adv. Anas Bin Aboobakkar CP
Adv. Anas Bin Aboobakkar CP is our Operations Director (Non-salaried) since it’s operation of Gazal Gold Group. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculty of Law , Govt. Law College, Thrissur affiliated to University of Calicut, Kozhikkode.
Mr. Anas is a playing a senior leadership role responsible for draft and revise company policies & advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations, communicate operational plans, progress, performance and to build, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, and regulatory bodies.
Responsible to comply with various legal requirement with regards to banks, RoCs and other departments. Also to ensure that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and proper corporate governance practices are followed.
Arrange and manage Board meetings, handle shareholder communications, including organizing and conducting annual general meetings (AGMs) and other shareholder meetings.
